Accessibility
A player with low vision, a player who cannot use a mouse, a player who needs things still: all of them should be able to get a song ready and play it.

This website
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, starting with a Skip to content link, and shows where the focus is.
- Text meets AA contrast in both the dark and the light look, which follow your device.
- Pictures of the app have a written description, and decoration is hidden from screen readers.
- Motion is limited to a few short entrances; with Reduce Motion on, nothing moves.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and lists, so a screen reader can move through them.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
The app
- Light and dark follow your device, or you choose in Settings → Appearance.
- With Reduce Motion on, every transition is a cut.
- With Reduce Transparency or Increase Contrast on, glass becomes solid.
- Larger text sizes are respected, and the layers reflow to fit.
- Controls are at least 44 points, and faders have a taller hit area than they look.
- Anything you change while playing can be put on a physical control, so the screen is never the only way.
We are labelling every control for VoiceOver and TalkBack and testing with them before the first release.
