Billing questions
Who takes my payment?
Apple or Google, with the payment method already on your account. We never see your card.
How do I cancel?
In the store. On iPhone, iPad or Mac: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you paid through, under its own rules: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in Google Play’s order history. Write to us if you get stuck and we will help.
How many devices can I use?
Three at a time on one account, say your phone, your tablet and your Mac. Sign in on a fourth and the one you used least recently is signed out. Nothing on it is deleted.
What happens if I stop paying?
You go back to Free. Every song and set stays, and your keyboard’s own sounds keep working in all of them.
